How do I help?
Strategic leadership is a broad range of mindsets, behaviours and capabilities. I guide leaders and teams through all aspects of being more strategic including:
- The strategic mindset: the mindset and thinking patterns that help and hinder strategic leadership
- The strategic behaviours: what to do more and less of to be a strategic leader
- The strategic capability: action workshops on how to create a strategy
As part of helping leaders become more strategic, I offer team effectiveness and personal leadership profiling tools to identify the specific ways leaders can be more strategic. These include Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), The Leadership Circle (TLC) and the Life Styles Inventory (LSI) from Human Synergistics.
