We analyse a short survey in advance, shape focus areas, and—on the day—work the real dynamics in the room. The result is a tailored journey toward a high-performing executive team.

There is an option to include a team dynamics immersion, where you experience and reflect on your real behaviours in action. This can be done through a fun simulation or by observing one of your actual team meetings — giving you sharp, practical insights into how you operate together.

Can you facilitate sensitive conversations?

Yes — I create a psychologically safe environment that is direct, constructive, and respectful. Many professional services leaders are naturally analytical or introverted, and may feel less comfortable engaging with emotions in a team setting. I help navigate that by framing conversations around real business challenges, using evidence and structure to draw people in, while also building comfort with the human side of leadership. This balance helps every voice be heard and keeps the discussion anchored in outcomes.

Do we need the whole team there?

Yes, this is a team event and its important that all team members are present, unless there are reasons (unfilled vacancies) that prevent this.  This is aimed at the executive (or equivalent) level so its expected that the team will not be more than 10 at a maximum.

Can we use this as part of our strategy offsite?

Yes — it works extremely well as a part of your startegy offsite. The result is a session that feels energising, future-focused, and directly connected to your strategy — clarifying how you will commit to working as a team to achieve your strategy.
