What if we need to design a completely new strategy?

That’s absolutely possible. The one-day Strategic Offsite is designed for teams who already have a broad direction in mind.  If more strategic thinkign is requireed then this can be done in a 2-day session.
If you need to develop a full strategy from scratch, we can add additional sessions — typically over one to two months — to guide you through the full strategy creation process, of which your offsite is one part of.

What if we already have our strategy?

Perfect. In that case, the offsite focuses on translating your strategy into action — aligning the team on priorities, ownership, behaviours, and culture so the plan actually happens.

Will we need to do a lot of research beforehand?

No, most teams only need to share any higher-level organisational strategy and a few key market insights in advance.
If there are particular trends or internal data you’d like everyone across, we can include these as light pre-work before the session.
