For more than 20 years, I've partnered with organisations to develop leaders through facilitation, coaching and leadership development consulting.
Today, I work with Learning & Development teams as an extension of their capability, delivering leadership programs, coaching participants and providing specialist leadership expertise when additional support is needed.

When I work with an organisation, my role isn't to introduce my own way of doing things.

I invest time upfront to understand your leadership framework, facilitation approach, organisational context and program objectives so I can deliver leadership development that feels consistent with your organisation.
