Overview
The first 90 days in a leadership role can shape a leader's long-term success. This programme helps leaders make a confident transition by focusing on priorities, relationships, credibility and early momentum.

Typical format
- Five 90-minute facilitated sessions delivered over the first 90 days.
- A three-way meeting with the participant and their leader at the commencement of the programme to establish expectations, priorities and context.
- A three-way review at the conclusion of the programme to reflect on progress, celebrate successes and agree ongoing development priorities.
