Leadership program
Team Effectiveness
Overview
Team Effectiveness helps teams set themselves up for success. Based on the science of high-performing teams, participants work together to establish the ways they will work together—from goals, roles and priorities through to meetings, communication, decision making and accountability. The programme is particularly valuable for cross-functional teams and project teams that want to establish effective ways of working from the outset or reset how they work together.
